WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHOW UP LATE?

If you show up less than 15 min late, you will not be charged a late fee. Anything more than 15 min late is a $40 late fee. If you are more than 30 min late, your session will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule after that point, you will be charged an additional deposit. In any of those situations, your shoot time starts at the time you booked.   

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SHOOT DATE?

Yes, as long as you notify me before 48 hours of your session. Anything less than that requires another deposit.

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?

The time frame of a session can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours. It depends on the session you book and if any additional prep time is needed. 

DOES THE DEPOSIT GO TOWARDS MY FINAL PRICE?

Yes, your $100 deposit is deducted from your final price.

I.E If your session total is $250 your balance would be $150 AFTER the deposit is paid.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO MY SESSION?

I encourage you to bring whatever special items you want photographed. I do have props in the studio but they are very general teams ( chairs, stools, etc.). If you wish to have a specific look, I suggest brining that specific item.  I will do my best to incorporate it into your photo's.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PHOTOS TO COME BACK?

All digital images will be sent via online gallery within 48 hours of your session. From that gallery, you must select your favorite images to be edited ( the number depending on your session). There is a 10 day turn around period, from the day you select your edits.  If you would like a rushed order there will be an additional charge. 

CAN I PRINT IMAGES ON MY OWN?

After you receive your images via online gallery you can download and print as many as you would like. I do NOT recommend a commercial printer ex. Walmart/Walgreens the quality is not the best for professional photos. I will be glad to give you recommendations on where to go. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I/WE WEAR?

 You should wear whatever represents you the best, that could be casual or dressed up. I recommend staying away from clothing with text, characters or images as it can be distracting. For a group photo try to coordinate your clothes with the colors, but not necessarily exactly match. For a maternity session I personally recommend something the shows off the baby bump. Keep in mind; you are booking with a great photographer but I'm no stylist. I will do my best to offer my opinion but highly suggest hiring a professional clothing stylist.

 

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY AND WITH WHAT FORM?

Full payment for your session is due before the beginning of the shoot. 

That can be paid via your booking link or cash (Cashapp).

 

CAN I BRING A FRIEND ALONG?

Yes, I encourage my clients to bring someone that will help them feel  comfortable. As long as that person doesn't interfere or distract from the session in a bad way. Also, please limit the number of guests, as we are here to focus on your session. 

CAN YOU HELP ME FIND A MAKEUP ARTIST?

Of course! I have a list of great  MUA's that I recommend my clients too.

 

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

The amount of photos you will receive is already stated in your package.

If you would like additional files they can be purchased for a additional cost.

 

CAN I HAVE MY UNEDITED IMAGES?

No, I'm sorry I DO NOT deliver Raw/unedited images. Unedited images can be viewed but with watermark in low res.

Your images not only represent you and your brand, but me and my work. As a standard I have set I would require my work only be seen in it’s best form.

 

WHAT IF I NEED MY EDITS RUSHED?

If you need your pictures before my 10 day turn around you can pay a rush fee.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER MY SESSION?

The hard work is done now. All you have to do is look for the email with your proofs. Once you select your images to be edited, I'll get started.
